I am committed to helping individuals experiencing the effects of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and adhd to adjust to a new normal. The purpose is to reduce emotional distress through evidenced-based holistic measures, with the goal of learning and implementing coping skills. At this time I am only seeing clients in Washington state via telehealth. I am in network with Aetna (WA); Cigna (WA); Cigna EAP (WA); Kaiser Permanente (WA); Kaiser Permanente Northwest (WA); Regence (WA); United Healthcare (WA); United Healthcare EAP (WA).
